1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using AURA.AI (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AURA.AI.

If you are using AURA.AIon behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include such organization.

2. Description of Service

AURA.AIprovides an AI-powered platform for facial analysis, attractiveness scoring, aura reading, celebrity lookalike matching, dating profile optimization, and related identity and self-improvement tools (collectively, the "Services").

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use our Services:

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age if you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom).
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law.
• You must not have had a previous account terminated by us for violations of these Terms.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

4. Account & Registration

• Account Creation: You may access certain features without an account. To save analysis results and access your history, you must sign in using Google OAuth.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• One Account Per Person: Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use AURA.AI only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Upload photos of other individuals without their explicit consent
• Upload images containing nudity, sexually explicit content, or graphic violence
• Upload images of minors (under 18 years of age)
• Use the Service to harass, bully, defame, or harm any individual
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary algorithms
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access our Services without written permission
• Circumvent any rate limiting, security, or access control mechanisms
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal data of other users
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service in any manner that could impair, overburden, or damage our infrastructure
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and take legal action against users who violate these terms.

AURA.AI displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. By using our Services, you consent to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. You should review the privacy policies of advertisers for information about their data collection practices.

We comply with Google AdSense program policies, including the requirement to have a clear and conspicuous Privacy Policy, to not place ads on pages with restricted content, and to provide users with information about interest-based advertising and how to opt out.

Our Services integrate with and may contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google OAuth: Subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• OpenAI: AI processing powered by OpenAI API, subject to OpenAI's usage policies
• Google AdSense: Advertising services subject to Google AdSense policies
• Vercel Analytics: Performance analytics subject to Vercel's privacy policy

We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Uploading content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

You may also terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting your account and ceasing to use the platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us at legal@auramaxing.tech. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AURA.AI.

Users Outside the US: If you access our Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
